Indian actress Hansika Motwani is in the cinema industry from the past 7 years and is acting as a full fledged actress from the past 4 years. But all these days, the actress was not well settled financially and so she was a bit disappointed with her career.

But here is good news from her, as now the 20 year old is a proud owner of a luxurious flat in Mumbai and she says thanks to kollywood. The actress has earned good in Tollywood and Kollywood and so, for this reason, her earnings were safely secured by her mom all these days. On August 9th, 2010 her mom gifted her luxurious apartment and according to reliable sources the dwelling is said to be worth a cost of Rs 6 cr. It is also reported that Hansika’s parents included some of their earnings into the amount gathered by Hansika and gifted her the apartment on the occasion of her 20th birthday.

Hansika has a long way to go in the film industry and may be she may become a proud owner of a lavish bungalow, like Mannath, till her career goes to the fag end.
